India summons Pak envoy, Rice tells Pak to co-operate

London: The United States has told Pakistan it expects nothing short of complete cooperation in investigations into the terrorist rampage in India, and Pakistan's response will be a test of the will of the new civilian government, Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said on Monday.

Talking tough with Pakistan, the Ministry of External Affairs in India has summoned the Pakistan High Commissioner after strong links to Pakistan in the Mumbai Terror attack emerged.
